About the Role
As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. You’ll provide commercial financial analysis, support month-end closing, and contribute to strategic planning. Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Analyze revenue, margin, and contribution performance against budgets and market conditions.
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations on pricing and margin corrections.
- Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with business units to turn analysis into actionable insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ACCA certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role.
- Experience in a multinational company, preferably in FMCG or a conglomerate.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and influence key stakeholders.
