About the Role
As the Finance & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing budgets, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You’ll also collaborate with sales teams to boost revenue and profitability while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Collaborate with sales teams to track performance and support pricing strategies.
- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee procurement, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Lead and mentor finance and operations staff, fostering professional growth.
- Implement internal controls and manage risk and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- CPA-K or ACCA qualification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and operations.
- Proficiency in IFRS, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
