About the Role
We’re seeking a Logistics and Stores Coordinator to optimize inventory control and ensure efficient logistics operations at our Nairobi headquarters. This role is critical to maintaining smooth daily operations, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring the right resources are available at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transport requests, vehicle logistics, and courier services.
- Manage inventory, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct monthly and annual stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment and manage staff parking services.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and AGRA policies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
